Who Are We?

We are a family owned and run independent travel agency. We are not tied to any other company as are the multiple "travel shops." Unlike them we are not under orders to steer you towards any particular holidays, namely in-house brands. Therefore we can offer a wider choice and give totally unbiased advice.

We are a fully bonded member of ABTA (e5996) and IATA.(35221701)

We are completely independent and using the most advanced technology available we aim to provide the users with the widest possible choice backed up by the highest customer care. We adhere to our 3 basic rules of:

1) Value - providing the most competitive prices on the internet (should it be package holidays, flights or hotels etc)

2) Choice - providing you with the widest choice on the internet (every airline and fare type, over 12Million holidays and over 45000+ hotels)

3) control - giving you the user control over your booking.

We can also offer completely independent advice on Cruises, Car Hire, Travel Insurance, Attraction tickets, Corporate Travel, and group bookings.

The air holidays and flights shown are ATOL Protected by the Civil Aviation Authority, and we act as agents for licensed tour operators; the relevant ATOL numbers are will be displayed. The flight bookings we make are also ATOL Protected, except when tickets for scheduled flights are sent to you within 24 hours of payment being accepted, or where your payment is made direct to airlines. ATOL Protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in the United Kingdom. .

As an ABTA travel agent we will use the information that you provide to ensure that your booking is processed correctly. As an ABTA travel agent we may hold your information and use it to inform you of offers in the future. For details of you agent's specific policy, please ask.
