How much does COTS corporate+ cost?
 
The most distinctive feature of COTS corporate+ model is the ability to customise pricing according to special corporate policies, needs and requirements. These elements or bolt-on are taken as required allowing us to tailor the system to your exact corporate needs:

 

  • Set up costs £500.00 plus vat (includes back office setup and corporate policy loading)
  • Basic system costs: £349.00 plus VAT per month (includes all scheduled airlines e.g. Emirates, Virgin, Qantas, British Midland)

 

  • No frills airline database: £50.00 plus VAT per month (eg Easyjet, Ryanair etc)
  • Discounted/consolidated airfares database:£100.00 plus VAT per month
  • Charter Flights £150.00 plus VAT per month
  • Hotel Database: £100.00 plus VAT per month
  • Car hire database: £50.00 plus VAT per month
  • Management data reports: £50.00 plus VAT per month
  • out of Normal business hours telephone support system for travellers on the move for reconfirmation of flights, changing bookings etc £100.00 plus VAT per month
  • Holiday club: £3000.00 plus VAT per month*
  • Every booking is subject to a COTS transaction fee of £3.00 per person for airlines and £3.00 per car/hotel room booking.

(*up to 12000 staff members extra staff charged at £2500.00 per every 12000 staff)
